Where you can see us
The next Seattle meetup will be held on Nov 5th at Pyramid Alehouse and will be a "get together and chat event", it's your opportunity to bring up what you'd like to talk about over the next 12 months and other issues around the organization of the Meetup.
Sheeri will be at CodeConnexx in Indianapolis November 8-9th speaking about "MySQL Query Optimization with EXPLAIN" and "The Art of Cat Herding: How to Manage Geeks".
Sheeri will also be at the November Boston MySQL User Group on Monday November 12th from 7-9 pm, which features a talk from ScaleArc about their transparent MySQL Server infrastructure software that achieves instant horizontal scaling, clustering and load balancing, connection multiplexing and connection pooling, transparent query-level caching, wire-speed filtering and higher availability…without requiring any changes or modifications to applications or MySQL databases at any point in time. In addition, ScaleArc provides real-time tools and Analytics to quickly troubleshoot problem queries, and then allows the user to take action to fix them.
